I've put together a free download for you, based off of the great information shared by Heather Ratych (Clinical Director of Bloom Psychotherapy, a virtual clinic specializing in perinatal and maternal mental health) in Episode 4's 'Thoughts from a Therapist' segment.
It's a checklist of common anxiety signs and symptoms to watch out for, as well as strategies you can try if you are exhibiting any of the symptoms in the checklist.
