E10 - FINDING YOUR MOTHERHOOD COMMUNITY: How & Where to Make New Mom Friends

E10 - FINDING YOUR MOTHERHOOD COMMUNITY: How & Where to Make New Mom Friends

In today's episode, we're talking about the importance of motherhood community - or in other words - how to find your PEOPLE.

In the first segment, you’ll hear from a variety of moms around the world who share what motherhood community looks like to THEM. They’ll talk about who their ‘go-to’ support people are (or were!), and where they found them….and we’ll discuss how being a part of a community can help YOU navigate all the different stages of motherhood.

Later in the episode, I’m going to highlight some women and groups who are dedicating themselves to building community for mothers - through social media, through podcasts like this one, and through other online communities.

Are you enjoying the podcast? I’d love to hear from you!

Leave a review for the podcast here - and if you’d like to be featured on the podcast (!) click on the little speaker in the bottom right corner of the website and leave me a voice message - I’ll be including messages I receive in upcoming episodes! Can't wait to hear from you, Mama!
